Prayer and Pilates - January 30
Have you ever wondered if Pilates is for you?  Join us at 6:30 pm in the Palmer Room to find out more about how strengthening the body can strengthen your spiritual life, create fellowship, and leave you stronger and more motivated to be the healthy person God intends you to be.

There will be information, conversation, and some basic movement.  It is helpful to be able to get down on the floor and get back up again.  We will be working towards a spiritually enhanced physical practice. Please bring a mat and a small pillow and wear clothes that you can easily move in. This is only an introduction, so it is not necessary for you to know anything about Pilates, only a desire to know more. Email June Hudson with any questions or for more information.

Prizes Needed - through February 10
At our first Fellowship Meal on Tuesday, February 12th, we will have a fun night of BINGO.  We would like to collect prizes for this event.  Please bring in unopened/unused gifts, unused gift cards, or consider donating small prizes for any age group.  Prizes can be placed in the bin at the donation area labeled BINGO.
