Grace Place - December 7
Susan Dorshimer will join us to start the holiday season off with cookie decorating! Cookies and decorations will be supplied to all who join us. All you need to bring is your creativity and holiday spirit.  Lunch is at noon, followed by program at 12:45pm.

Advent Adult Ed Series - December 9
Pastor Stephanie will lead the second of a 4 week class entitled Advent Conspiracy.  This class will focus on making Christmas more meaningful and discussing alternative ways to refocus the Christmas season.  The weekly themes are: Worship Fully. Spend Less.Give More. Love All.  Join us at 9:30 each week in the Palmer Room.  Nursery Care is available.  

Inside the Outside Inn - December 9
Join our talented Grace children as they put on a Christmas musical at the 10:30 am service.

Cradle Gifts Delivery  - December 9
The generosity of the Grace congregation provided gifts for 100 children and their families in our local community.  Thank you to the gift-givers, sorters and organizers!

Help is still needed to deliver gifts.  Please stop by the Palmer Room after the 10:30 am service if you are able to help or want more information.

Doris Heise from the Jenkintown Library will review the services that the library provides in addition to a book talk and book bingo.  Lunch is at noon, followed by program at 12:45pm.

Advent Workshop - December 2
Join us from 11:45 am-1:00 pm for a fun time making Advent Wreaths, crafts, and enjoying lunch!  New this year, children will have an opportunity to create pictures which will be used in the bulletin for the 5pm Christmas Eve service.  This is a fun event for everyone to get in the Christmas spirit! 

Cradle for the Christ Child Gifts Due - December 2
Gifts & gifts cards are due this Sunday and can be put around the tree in the Palmer Room. Thank you for your generosity in supporting local families this holiday season. 

Red Cross Winter Blood Drive - December 3
Let's roll up our sleeves to help save lives!  Our winter Red Cross Blood Drive in Muysken's Hall runs from 2-7 pm.  You can make an appointment (recommended), get information about donating and track your donated unit of blood here or email Chris Hoyler for details.  Download the free Blood Donor App by texting BLOODAPP to 90999 or search Red Cross Blood in the App Store.   Since 2007, our blood drives have collected 620 units and helped save 1860 lives!  What a great way to pay it forward and have a lasting impact in our community!

No Grace Place - November 23

Cradle for the Christ Child - Holiday Mission Program
Thank you to everyone who selected cards for this gift donation program.  There is still time to support local families celebrate a joyful Christmas.  Cards will be available for selection from the cradle, located in the Vista Road lobby, through this Sunday, Nov. 25.

We are also collecting gift cards in increments of $20 to local grocery stores or home supply stores such as Target or Wal-Mart, for the parents & caregivers of the children in need.

Gifts and gift cards should by returned to the Palmer Room by December 2.  If you would like to participate but are unable to pick a card in person, please email or call Meghan Zamborsky at 202-361-6302 or email Michele Smeal and they’d be happy to provide you with the information you need to shop, or answer any questions.

Another way to get involved:  help organize and deliver gifts on Wednesday, December 5 at 9:00 am in the Palmer Room.  All volunteers are welcome for this festive morning@

Hanging of the Greens - Decorating for the Holidays - November 25
Please join us after the 10:30 service for the annual Hanging of the Greens. Lunch will be served in Muyskens Hall before the decorating begins.
