Grace Place is a friendly community of senior citizens meeting each Friday in the Palmer Room.  Lunch is served at noon.  Come early and join your Grace Place friends in playing some favorite games, like Rummikub and Scrabble, or working on a jigsaw puzzle.  We hope you will join us and bring a friend!

Adult Education: Family Matters Continues - Join us on Sunday, May 13 at 9:30 am in the Palmer Room for “Heeding God’s Call” - Handguns reach streets and neighborhoods through a highly developed illegal trade – gun trafficking. These are the guns used to threaten, wound, maim and kill. The linchpins of gun trafficking are criminal entrepreneurs, traffickers, the straw buyers who stand in for them to make their bulk purchases and gun dealers who look the other way and enjoy the profits. As people of faith, what can we do to address this crisis? Bob Fles of “Heeding God’s Call,” a faith-based movement to prevent gun violence, will be with us to discuss the many ways in which this organization partners with faith communities in working to stem gun violence.  Join us to learn more!
Join Grace Place on Friday, May 18 when Hilary Fuelleborn will present a program on Estate Planning and the documents everyone needs (Will, Property Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Living Will).  Having practiced law for 13 years in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Tax and Real Estate, Hilary will share her expertise regarding why these documents are important and what can happen if you don’t have them.  Lunch is served at noon followed by the program at 12:45 pm.

On Friday, May 18 from 5:30-8:30 pm, our Children’s Education Team will have a Parent’s Night Out.  Drop off your kids (potty trained, ages 3yrs-5th grade) for a fun night that includes dinner, crafts, and games.  Please fill out a reservation sheet and leave it in the bin in the church office by May 13.  Any questions, please contact Kelly at
