Adult Education: Family Matters!
Join us this Sunday, April 15, for “Understanding Addiction.” Is addiction a question of willpower or a brain disorder? What do we mean when we call addiction a disease? Dr. Carl Yusavitz, Director of Pastoral Service for the Penn Foundation, returns to address these and other questions concerning substance addiction. Myths around alcohol and drug use; dopamine’s effect on the brain, and the possibility and means to recovery will all be covered. Click here for a schedule. Join us to learn more!
Adult Education Survey
The Adult Ed Team is committed to meeting the learning needs of adults in programs that encompass topics theological and relational as well as current affairs. In order to continue to offer meaningful programming, we are asking all members of Grace – whether or not they have attended any Adult Ed offerings this year - to fill out this survey and return it to Sara Vernon Sterman by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or to her mail slot just outside the sanctuary entrance. Sara also plans to have a collection box in the Palmer Room for the next two Sunday mornings.
We are asking that all surveys be returned by the morning of April 29 at the latest.
The Adult Ed Team greatly appreciates your timely response!

Simplified Sunday School
As a result of reviewing the past 2 years of our rotation curriculum, the Children’s Education Team is making a few changes to streamline and simplify both the volunteer and student experiences. Each Sunday our children will continue to experience a variety of methods of interacting with scripture, with the lessons taking place in Muyskens Hall. All students K-5th will participate together. The lessons will be provided by the Children’s Ed Team and will be taught by a Station Leader volunteer with the assistance of 2 Shepherds. Volunteers will sign up to teach or sherpherd for a one-month commitment. The Children's Ed Team is excited to roll out this new program and we are looking forward to church support to make it a success. To sign up click here or contact email@example.com.
