One Great Hour of Sharing
Isaiah 58 describes a new kind of fast, not to give up bread but to share it. Isaiah calls us to “loose the bonds of injustice,” to “let the oppressed go free,” to “share bread with the hungry” and to “invite the homeless poor into our homes.” We are called to offer help to those in need and restoration to those who have been broken down. One way we answer this call is through our gifts to One Great Hour of Sharing. For more information on how you can help, visit the table outside of the office.

Grace Place
On Friday, March 30, there will be no Grace Place in the Palmer Room.  We will meet at noon in the auditorium at Rydal Park, 1515 The Fairway, Rydal, PA 19046, for a community Good Friday service.  No lunch will be served.  For those who wish, there will be fellowship time at Rydal after the service.
On Friday, April 6, join your Grace Place friends in playing some favorite games, like Rummikub and Scrabble, or working on a jigsaw puzzle.  Lunch is served at noon.  This is a friendly community and we hope you will join us and bring a friend!

Spring Forward with Adult Education: Family Matters!
Adult Ed takes a break on Easter, April 1, with our next adult education series beginning April 8.  In his letter to the church at Philippi, Paul offers these words: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:6-7) What might Paul have to say to those of us dealing with the anxieties of mental illness, addiction or gun violence? The Adult Education Team seeks to provide a safe environment for families and individuals to learn about these issues and their impact on all of us. Click here for a schedule.  Join us to learn more!

Holy Week at Grace
On Maundy Thursday, March 29, we will commemorate the night of the Last Supper and Jesus’ arrest as we worship at 7:30 pm in the sanctuary. The Chancel Choir will be singing and we will gather at the Lord’s Table.

On Easter Sunday, April 1, both 8:30 and 10:30 services will be in the Sanctuary and feature brass, organ, and choir.
