ReVision Plan Q & A
The ReVision Plan, which has grown out of the work of the listening groups last spring, is available on our mission study page and a summary was distributed in worship last Sunday. We will provide the following opportunities to ask questions or give feedback:
- Sunday, September 18, 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel
- Wednesday, September 21, 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the Chapel
- By e-mail: write to email@example.com and put "Mission Study" in the subject line
Feedback from the congregation will be used in making a final version of the plan, which will be presented to the congregation on October 9.
We note both with sadness and with joy in the resurrection that former member, Jean Coleman, passed away on September 12, 2016. Please keep her family in your prayers.

With Bells On
Did you ever wonder what it’s like to ring one of the handbells? How it feels in your hand? How it sounds up close? Well, here’s your chance! Just come to the front of the sanctuary at the end of the 10:30 worship service on September 25. The bells will be set up and Kevin Engleman will give you a little coaching, and who knows what might happen next?. No reservations necessary—just come on up!
Interfaith Hospitality Network - Tuesdays and Thursdays in October
We are happy to announce that we will be once again partnering with Rhawnhurst Presbyterian Church and Interfaith Hospitality Network in September by providing and serving dinners on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Rhawnhurst (10 minutes from Grace). This is a GREAT opportunity for families with children to participate. Dinner hosts are asked to arrive by 6:15, serve dinner at 6:45 . The overnight hosts (student interns) will be joining us for dinner. There are presently 3 adults (plus the host) and 2 children being served although this could change. You will get updated info before your scheduled meal. To sign up or find out more, please contact Claire McHugh at firstname.lastname@example.org or 215-690-4928

All are welcome!
September 23rd: 2nd Home Adult Day Care Services in Abington will be hosting an informative presentation about daycares and senior centers and the benefits of both on September 23rd at Grace Place. The program will begin at 12:45pm and you are welcome to come at 12:00 for lunch. Invite your friends!
Come with us to the table God has set. Let’s marvel together at the exquisite cups, the fine dishes, and the food the Lord has prepared for His church. This is the feast of the Lord. In three weeks we celebrate World Communion day as a church, and for each Sunday leading up to this day we’re going to have a lesson about our communion tradition; its significance and the beauty of partaking in this together. If you’re hungry for Jesus this will be a great place to be. If you want to discuss and wonder at your own salvation, or if your just curious, then please come join us on Sunday September 18th at 9:25 in the Palmer Room.
