As an essential part of Grace Church, The Adult Education Team offers opportunities for growth and learning. Classes are offered each Sunday morning at 9:15 a.m., midweek afternoons and evenings, here at Grace and at Rydal Park. Come every week or as often as you can. Join us as we strengthen this vital connection, one to another, as a congregation, and, most importantly, connect us individually with the resources and insights to aid in our life-long faith journey.
Sunday Morning Adult Education Classes meet from 9:30 to 10:15 in the Palmer Room.
Bible for Breakfast - 7:00 Wednesday mornings this group meets at Kitchen Bar Restaurant in Abington feeding mind and body debriefing the previous sermon and previewing the text for the upcoming Sunday.
October Group - This group meets on the second Tuesday at noon at Rydal Park in the Sun and Social Room. Continuing to use the book Dimensions of Older Adult Ministry, we examine aspects relative to spirituality as we age. Books are available for all. Bring a sandwich and a friend!
Women's Bible Study - This group meets for two studies a year, each six or seven weeks long during Advent and Lent. The class meets Tuesdays at 12 noon in the Palmer Room beginning with a bring your own lunch and ending at 1:30.
Grace Groups - Consist of 10 to 15 people who meet for fellowship, study while developing a closeness, caring and trust with each other. This a very rewarding experience and we encourage others to start new groups to experience the richness and uniqueness only a small group can offer.
